Text Alerts
RideText is a subscription text message service to help keep you informed of real-time impacts to Greenlink’s bus and trolley service. It’s easy to sign up and you can subscribe to as many bus routes or trolley routes as you want! Note – standard data and message rates may apply.
To subscribe to receive RideText alerts, send a text message to the number 22827.
In your text message type GREENLINK SUB followed by the group name that you want to receive text message alerts about. For example, if you want to receive text messages about Route 501: Pleasantburg, type the text message GREENLINK SUB ROUTE501 and send to 22827. Or, if you want to receive text messages about Route 502: White Horse, type the text message GREENLINK SUB ROUTE502 and send to 22827.
The subscription groups are listed below (no spaces between the word Route and the route number, and no spaces between the word Trolley and the trolley route number):

To unsubscribe from alerts, send a text to 22827 and in the message type GREENLINK UNSUB followed by the group name you’ve subscribed to. For example, to stop receiving alerts about Route 501: Pleasantburg, text GREENLINK UNSUB ROUTE501 to 22827. Or, if you want to stop receiving text messages about all of Greenlink’s services, type the text message GREENLINK STOP to 22827.
